Shopping Online

We use PayPal as our payment processor.  You DO NOT NEED a PayPal account to complete your order; the secure checkout provides the option to pay by Credit Card or by using an existing PayPal account. 'Add to Cart' and 'View Cart' operations will open in a new window using a secure connection.  Subsequent 'Add to Cart' or 'View Cart' operations will either reuse this same window or open it again if it has been closed.  Selecting 'Continue Shopping' will close this window.  Whether this window is closed or open, your shopping cart information is maintained on PayPal's secure site throughout your shopping session and includes functionality to summarize your order and to update or remove items. The PayPal checkout includes a field where you can leave special instructions or requests.  We will receive a copy of your order instantly after checkout, and we will work diligently to expedite the shipping.  If there is ever a problem on our end, we will contact you immediately (based on your PayPal contact information) to discuss possible resolutions.

Shipping

Shipping will be as listed in shipping and payment details for the continental United States.  For fastest and safest shipping with tracking, we use FedEx for most packages.  If you have a PO box for your address in PayPal, please include your street address when you pay as FedEx can not deliver to a PO box.  All items normally go out the day we receive payment.

Tracking Your Package

We ship every business day at 1:00PM.  The same day we send your item, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number.  You can then log onto fedex.com, copy and paste the tracking number into the 'track a package' field, and follow the package as it makes it’s way to your location.  Sometimes it takes a day or two to show up on the tracking info.  If you do not get a confirmation within 48 hours, please contact us as we may have missed something.

Customer Service

We guarantee all the products we sell.  All "Audio Systems Group" products are warranted for one year.  If there is any problem with the sale, please contact us at support@meetinghelp.com or (801) 966-7148 and we will respond via e-mail or phone, which ever you prefer, as soon as we can.  Our intention is to always be CLEAR, COMPLETE, and CANDID with all descriptions, and you will have the benefit of doubt as far as your perception of what is expressed.  If you need anything special, just let us know.  Thanks for the trust and for doing business with us.

Who is ASG?

Audio Systems Group was established in 1990 by 8 audio engineers.  We had developed several different products to make our life easier in our related fields and thought others might benefit by our nifty products.  We have all continued our day jobs for most of the first 10 years developing more and more products.  We now have over 170 products, most of them we have developed; the rest we have picked up from other engineers or found a good source that delivers the same exceptional value and quality as our products.  We showed our first Quarterack devices in 1990 at trade shows, they were slow in catching on but now people are used to seeing things get smaller and smaller, now our Quarterack dimensions are being established as the industry standard.  ASG offers only products that meet the standards of professionals in broadcast, recording, and pro audio and offers a one year warrantee on all its products.
