As with all Summit Lecterns, the Chameleon comes with:
A one piece molded design with sleek rounded features. It has a 30 foot drop rating and it's waterproof. All this and it only weighs 48 pounds. With tilt-back wheels, imagine how easy it is to move around. That makes it safer to lift and safer for your facility and personnel. All these features make it the most cost effective podium in the world.
The optional shell colors and interchangeable inserts allow you to blend in or stand out. This easy access also allows you to customize the lectern -- rack mounts, electronics, whatever you can imagine.For lecterns and podiums this is the way to go!
The Chameleon is ready to change into whatever you need it to be. It can be greatly enhanced by our audio electronics as well. This is great to enhance your public address systems

Shell:
1. The main shell is made of a tough polyethylene plastic ¼” in thickness.
2. Shell shall be a unique, molded, one-piece unit.
3. Shell color options are Black, Beige granite, for large orders several colors of granite are available, as well as almost any solid color.
4. Wheels are attached to shell using 5/16” diameter axle in 14 gauge steel bracket.
5. Front insert options are 4 standard rock finishes and beyond that the options are limited only by your imagination. Any color of plastic laminate such as woods or rock finishes can be used along with any type of artwork. They are attached by 6 decorative screws or with hook and latch fabric making them easy to change out.
Electronics:
1. The hollow shell enables your chameleon lectern to easily be equipped with and type of electronics imaginable.
2. Common electronics designed for the summit lectern include, clock/timer, LED lights, gooseneck microphones with shock mounts, removable handheld microphones with shock mounts, wireless microphone systems, battery powered sound system with DVD player and computer hookups
3. Because of the built in rack mount any standard rack mount equipment can be installed into your chameleon lectern. Some of the most common used are wireless mic systems, DVD CD players, computers, Distributions amplifiers; ADA assisted listening devices, drawers, and cabinets.
4. Custom electronics that we have put into the summit lecterns are; computer monitors, Que monitors, high powered audio amplifiers, AMX and Crestron controllers, Video distribution systems., computers and battery power systems
Wheels:
5. Wheels are 3” diameter 1 ¼” wide nylon bearing, with 5/16” diameter axle.
6. Wheels activated by tilting the lectern back and easily pushing forward or pulling back.
Finish:
Finish shall be clean & waxed for shine-exceptional for indoor/outdoor use.
Warranty:
Standard 12-year warranty is applied to the shell only.
